Journey starts with a tour of Queenstown, enriched by stories of its historic past en route to your first boutique vineyard, then continues into the award-winning Gibbston region, known as the Valley of the Vines.
Gibbston Region
Visit the renowned Gibbston region, known as the Valley of the Vines, and enjoy a private cheese and wine pairing guided by a senior host at one of the region’s pioneering vineyards.


Bannockburn
Continue the journey with a visit to a closed-door, exclusive access vineyard in Lowburn, where guests taste some of the region’s most spectacular wines while learning about biodynamic viticulture practices and how they shape vine health, soil balance, and wine expression.
Private Chef Lunch
Indulge in an exclusive gourmet lunch in Bannockburn prepared in the home garden of our private chef, created exclusively for guests of Latitude 45. Which regions are covered
On this experience we explore the greater Central Otago region, venturing further to small, boutique vineyards in lesser-known areas. Our main areas covered are Gibbston, Bannockburn, Cromwell and optional Bendigo however we also travel to Alexandra and Lowburn.
IS LUNCH INCLUDED?
Yes—on this experience you will meet a private chef and personally select your own produce for lunch from local gardens and orchards. Your meal is then thoughtfully prepared and enjoyed in her private garden, creating a truly unique and immersive food experience. We accommodate and cater to all dietary requirements and food allergies upon request.
