Hosted by passionate winemakers and vineyard owners, the experience includes guided vineyard walks, cellar and barrel hall visits, and behind-the-scenes access rarely available to the public.
At the first vineyard, your group will take part in an educational and interactive Pinot Noir blending session, combined with a guided vineyard tour. Under the guidance of an expert winemaker, guests will create their own personalised blend, then bottle, cork, and label their wine to take home as a lasting keepsake of the day.
The experience concludes with a premium lunch or dinner at an exclusive vineyard in Bendigo. This closed-door, private vineyard experience is hosted by the vineyard owner and features refined local cuisine prepared by a private chef, paired with exceptional wines, all enjoyed in a secluded setting surrounded by Central Otago’s breathtaking scenery.
